By accessing or using CommentDraw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
CommentDraw provides free online tools for running random draws, including a YouTube comment picker and a spin wheel name picker. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account. CommentDraw is a neutral random-selection utility: it does not organize, sponsor, promote, or operate any giveaway, lottery, sweepstake, raffle, or game of chance. Draws are created and run entirely by users, on their own content, under their own responsibility — CommentDraw is not a lottery or gambling operator.
You agree to use CommentDraw only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for making sure that any giveaway or contest you run complies with the laws of your country and with the rules of the platform it is hosted on (for example YouTube's contest policies and Community Guidelines). In particular, you may NOT use CommentDraw to run or promote gambling, betting, paid-entry lotteries, raffles that require a purchase or payment to enter, or any promotion that is illegal in your jurisdiction — in many countries (including Türkiye) games of chance with paid entry are restricted to state-licensed operators. Entry to a giveaway drawn with CommentDraw must be free (a comment or a name on a list). We may remove shared result pages and refuse service for draws that violate this section. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
The comment picker uses the YouTube Data API to read public comments from videos you choose. Your use of that data is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. CommentDraw is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
The CommentDraw name, logo, design, and software are the property of CommentDraw. Content fetched from YouTube (such as comments, usernames, and profile pictures) belongs to its respective owners.
CommentDraw is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. CommentDraw is not a party to any giveaway run with the tool: prizes, entry conditions, announcements, disputes with participants, and the legality of the promotion are solely the responsibility of the giveaway organizer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentDraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes related to giveaways you organize.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
